1. Shipping

1.1 Where do you ship from?

All products are lovingly packed and shipped from our New York studio.

1.2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. — but international shipping is coming soon!

1.3. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 24 hours. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.

1.4. Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Every order comes with tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1. What’s your return policy?

We really want you to love your order! If it’s not what you expected or doesn’t match the description, just send it back in the same condition you got it. We’ll give you a full refund — no worries at all!

2.2. Can I return digital products?

Because digital products are instant downloads, all digital sales are final. Thanks so much for your understanding and support!

2.3. What if my order is damaged?

Oh no! If anything arrives damaged, please email us at hi@lenluka.com within 7 days and send a photo. We’ll make it right!

Absolutely! If you’re looking for something quick and simple, you can sell your original designs to us. It’s a great way to turn your art into cash without extra work. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it!
